Items may be returned within 30 days. There is a 25% restocking fee for returns and you will be responsible for paying the shipping both ways. Defective or missing items should be reported within 10 days of delivery for replacement. Damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Keep all packaging and call us at 540-484-4913. If possible, make a notation on any delivery ticket which the driver is present.
