1. How long has your company been in business?
Gabriel Church Services has been around since 1991, helping churches grow with a
variety of church related products and services. Our
company is a Christian Family Business, with the second
generation in place to continue service for many years to come.
We have served thousands of churches and congregations
nationwide and internationally.
2. Do you accept returns?
Yes, please see our RETURN POLICY.
3. What is the product guarantee?
For products on Church Wares website, the manufacturer guarantee
applies. Artistic will repair free of charge or replace
any item returned within two years from the date of purchase
provided the defect in the merchandise is the result of faulty
workmanship or material. We cannot be responsible for damage due
to improper care, maintenance or shipping.
4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Many popular items are in stock and ship out as soon as your
payment is cleared.
Most communion ware, offering plates, altar ware is kept in
stock in brass, while Silverplate or chrome is made to order.
Items made to order take 2-3 weeks,
In almost all cases, orders are received within 30 days.
5. How are items shipped?
Most items are sent by UPS, a few by FedEx. Items are
carefully packaged and checked before shipping. Please
open packaged immediately upon receipt and advise if any
shipping damage is found.
6. What are the shipping charges?
They vary by item and destination. Most altar or communion
sets will run from $30-50 for delivery. Offering
plates will run from $20-30 in most cases.
7. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Church Check, Personal
Checks, Paypal. We are working on online ordering soon.
